smarTALKS - Is Cash Extinct?

We've already abandoned the cheque. We send invoices digitally from our smartphones and get paid without waiting for the mail but what is the real impact of our digital life on cash as we know it today? Could we be seeing the end of the printed dollar? What impact will alternative currencies - Facebook credits or Xbox live dollars - have on how we earn and spend money? How will mobile payments change where and how business is conducted? This session will explore these questions to discern where the opportunities lie for businesses and entrepreneurs over the next 18 tumultuous months.
